Resident Evil: Venganza sigue la estela de la película precedente de la saga, Resident Evil: Ultratumba: un desarrollo argumental resumible en un par de líneas, la plataforma perfecta para que la invencible Alice (Mila Jovovich) siga desmantelando los perversos planes de la Corporación Umbrella, sirviéndose de sus inagotables acrobacias y de un apabullante arsenal.
