("Lucia") In the process of producing a film, Wiseman will often acquire more than 100 hours of raw footage. Cutting this down to a feature length film that is engaging and interesting, without the use of any voiceover, title cards, or motion graphics, while still being "fair", is the reason that Wiseman is seen as a true master of documentary film. This great glop of material which represents the externally recorded memory of my experience of making the film is of necessity incomplete. The memories not preserved on film float somewhat in my mind as fragments available for recall, unavailable for inclusion but of great importance in the mining and shifting process known as editing. This editorial process... is sometimes deductive, sometimes associational, sometimes non-logical and sometimes a failure... The crucial element for me is to try and think through my own relationship to the material by whatever combination of means is compatible. This involves a need to conduct a four-way conversation between myself, the sequence being worked on, my memory, and general values and experience.

Synopsis - Alex (François Cluzet) et Margot (Marie-Josée Croze) forment un couple heureux et épanoui: ils se connaissent depuis l'enfance. Tous les ans, ils gravent d'un trait l'arbre sous lequel ils se sont embrassés pour la première fois. Leur vie bascule cependant le jour où Margot est enlevée et sauvagement assassinée par un serial killer. Son père, Jacques Laurentin (André Dussolier), officier de police, reconnaît formellement le corps abîmé de sa fille. Totalement détruit, Alex ressasse jour après jour le souvenir bouleversant de son amour perdu. Il se réfugie à corps perdu dans le travail. Huit ans plus tard, le jour anniversaire de leur premier baiser, Alex reçoit un e-mail anonyme. Il clique: une image... le visage d'une femme au milieu d'une foule, filmé en temps réel. Celui de Margot... Commence alors une enquête qui conduira Alex à découvrir une vérité qu'il était bien loin d'imaginer. Deuxième film réalisé par Guillaume Canet et gros succès (plus de 3 millions d'entrées en France), « Ne le dis à personne » est une adaptation du thriller best seller éponyme de Harlan Coben, qui s'est vendu à plus de six millions d'exemplaires à travers le monde.
Lelouch his words? Or that his Geass just went lose because for that second one there can be arguments made. level 1 In terms of writing it's bad because of how convenient it is. Otherwise, it's great. level 2 I wouldn't call that bad writting tho, it would have been bad writting if nothing was established about the whole Geass thing and the scene just happend out of nowhere. It could be argued that the Geass even was able to took over his mind like how in the beginning of the episode he almost killed a noble before shutting his eye last second(just a theory tho). level 1 I think the tragic result of Euphie gunning down the Japanese is a great twist. My issue with it is how it gets to that point. Lelouch just happens to look at her at the very moment he loses control of his Geass and says, "if I told you to kill all the Japanese it wouldn't matter how you felt. " Not only is the timing of this pretty convenient but why the hell would Lelouch use this specific example? It just feels contrived to me.
Es cierto que Vicious es un libro que genera a su paso un sinfín de emociones. La primera de ellas es la relacionada con su propia distinción. No es un libro que llegue a pecar de "parecerse" a sus compañeras de batalla temática, y es ahí donde debe radicar más la justificación de nuestra elección como lectura. Es una novela que se ha de leer con el convencimiento de que se merece una oportunidad, a la que acudir sin ideas preconcebidas y con nuestra mente totalmente en blanco. Con simples palabras, diré que me ha parecido toda una grata sorpresa. Siendo como es una historia integrada en una serie, esta primera parte nos invita a conocer a un elenco de personajes que nos acompañará, espero, por largo tiempo. La opinión generada con el paso de sus páginas, nos convence ciertamente de que estamos ante una serie de libros cuya presencia debe estar garantizada. Vicious y su historia, prometían arrasar con nuestra estantería y es algo que sobradamente logra. Me ha gustado poder descubrir esta trama, ser testigo de este amor alejado de tópicos soñadores e idílicos.
